Personal Training UFIT is a one on one personal training studio that approaches health and fitness in a holistic manner. When a new client comes to Ufit, they can be sure that they will have a program designed around their personal goals as well as their current fitness level. Our training philosophy emphasizes core strength, balance and agility all of which are important components to a fully functional life. At Ufit we use many different types equipment to achieve a well rounded program. We vary every session by incorporating cardio, strength, flexibility and balance in an interval based workout that is tailored to each client’s needs. At Ufit we strive to keep fitness fun and functional in a welcoming environment.
• Sessions are not transferable • Session cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in loss payment for session cancelled • Session packages must be used within designated period: -36 session package within 6 months -24 session package within 5 months -12 session package within 12 weeks -6 session package within 6 weeks
